2012 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
Once again, the credit union is offering a total of five $250 scholarships (1 per branch) for 2012 high school graduating members. Application deadline is April 13, 2012 with judging to follow. Winners will be announced in early May. Please follow the link above (from our Main Page, select the pull down tab labeled "About Us", then click on the "Forms & Applications" tab. Then click on the "2012 Scholarship Application link".
VISA DEBIT CARD NOTICE: For our members who plan to use their DEBIT card internationally, please be aware that we will only accept PINNED transactions from outside the U.S. This includes Point-of-Sale as well as ATM usage. Domestic use rules have not changed you may use your PIN or signature as you wish.
Opt-in To Debit Overdraft Services
DPFCU Debit Cardholders. Regulations prevent us from paying your overdrafted ATM and Point of Sale debit card transactions unless you Opt-In. To prevent these transactions from being declined, please go to the Opt-In Section below.
Phishing Scams!
Phishing, pronounced "fishing," is the act of sending a false email claiming to be an established legitimate enterprise in an attempt to scam the recipient into surrendering private information that will be used for identity theft. The email directs the recipient to visit a web site where they are asked to update personal information, such as passwords, social security number, credit union account numbers – this is information that the legitimate organization already has.

Please observe the following tips for safeguarding your financial information:
- DO NOT share banking account information or credit/debit card numbers, PIN’s, passwords or your Social Security number with ANYONE that you did not contact yourself.
- DO NOT respond to unsolicited cell phone text messages.
- DO NOT click on links in unsolicited e-mail messages.
